Maharashtra State Examination Council, Pune. Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test 2019, The Maharashtra State Council of Examination has introduced a few changes in the exam pattern this year. As per the notification released by the Council, Standards I to VIII teachers will now have to qualify in both Paper I and Paper II of the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test.(MAHA TET 2019, Maharashtra TET 2019).

Educational Qualification:
- Class 1 to 5th (Paper I) : (i) 12th Pass with 50 % Marks (ii) D.Ed
- Class 6th to 8th (Paper II): (i) 12th Pass with 50 % Marks (ii) B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed
